By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using Finding Space (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Finding Space is a football research and analytics tool. It publishes calibrated probabilities, expected-goals data, head-to-head records, and value flags based on a statistical ensemble model.
The service is not betting advice. It is not a tipster service. Nothing you see in the app is a recommendation to place a bet. Predictions are probabilistic and uncertain. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the service. Gambling is restricted to adults. By using Finding Space you confirm you meet this requirement.
Gambling can be harmful and addictive. Only stake money you can genuinely afford to lose. Never chase losses. If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org.
We make no warranty, express or implied, that any prediction will be correct, that any flagged value bet will be profitable, or that the service will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. We test our model rigorously and publish backtest results, but no statistical model can predict the future with certainty.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity on your account. If you log bets through the tracker, that data belongs to you and we'll never share it externally.
Premium access is sold as a recurring subscription at £4.99 per month, billed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your payment details. Refunds are handled by the platform under their respective refund policies.
Each user receives a unique referral link. When someone signs up through your link and maintains a paid subscription for 3 consecutive months, you earn £3.49 (one month's net subscription revenue) as a referral reward. There is a maximum of 20 referral payouts per user, giving a lifetime cap of £69.80.
Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of fraud, self-referral, or artificial inflation of referrals. Finding Space reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with 30 days' notice to participants.
Referral payouts are the referrer's responsibility for tax purposes. We may request tax documentation before processing payouts where required by law.
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the data and predictions. Don't use the service to build a competing product. Don't try to access other users' accounts. Don't break the law.
The prediction models, ensemble methodology, and algorithmic outputs are proprietary to Finding Space. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying model logic.
Match data is sourced from publicly available datasets. Our value-add is the analysis, calibration, and presentation of that data — not the raw data itself.
You can delete your account at any time from /account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finding Space and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including any losses you incur as a result of acting on information published in the app. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from betting or trading decisions informed by the app's predictions, value flags, or edge calculations. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
We'd prefer to resolve any dispute informally first — email hello@findingspace.app. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring proceedings under English law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
